Truly such a great team of people- kind, professional, knowledgeable. I made the first call to Tamra and was sitting down for coffee with her the next day to go over the basics of first-time home buying. She made an intimidating process so manageable and exciting. My husband and I had a plan to buy in 6 months but found a home we both loved within a month of looking. Paige walked us through the buying process and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise. Tamra and her team work with the best in the industry (i.e. inspectors, loan officers) so our entire experience was seamless. Many thanks to the entire team! The Tamra Holden Group, and especially Paige and Greg were a huge help in finding our first home. Working with them as a team gave us multiple perspectives on every house which we were really looking for with our lack of experience. They're also great people in general. They helped us view A LOT of houses in Carrollton, Richardson, Dallas, Coppell, and Plano. And they had great recommendations for local maintenance experts that we're still planning to call on in the future.

As first-time home buyers, we didn’t know a lot going into our home search and needed an agent who could patiently guide us and ensure our interests were protected. Tamra was the perfect agent for that. She (and Marc) quickly responded to all of our questions; never pushed us to make an offer if we were unsure about a house; and offered valuable insight about the condition of the houses we saw, as well as the costs of potential repairs/renovations. Tamra was honest with any concerns she had, and she endured our pickiness as buyers throughout the post-pandemic seller’s market. We would recommend her again and again for those looking for a home!

Tamra helped my husband and I find our first home! We loved her so much we referred her to my two of my brother-in-law’s to help find their first homes. She was successful with finding a perfect home for all three families. She works hard and is extremely confident and competent in what she does. Tamra was a phenomenal advocate for us through selling and buying process! She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and have such great advice for what to do before listing our home, how to list it, and when to list it, that we sold much faster than the average in our area. She also did everything she could to help us have an easy home transition process, where we had the ease of moving from the old house to the new house without needing an in between. Tamra has so many resources for questions and quotes for roofs, foundations, etc that we knew we were making the right decisions every step of the way. Tamra was recommended to us by a family friend, and throughout our purchase, we were so glad we decided to ask for her help looking at houses! She had great advice about every facet of the home-buying process, and her expertise was clear to us in every interaction. And as for those, I can say that we had remarkably few of them, as Tamra is good at helping you anticipate what's coming up and avoid the pitfalls. Tamra's husband, Marc, has a lot of experience in construction and helped us out immensely when it came time to inspect the house, and he had some great recommendations for experts to come in and fix up those areas we wanted to work on after we closed. We were both first-time home buyers going into this search, and honestly, Marc and Tamra made us feel like we'd done this before. I can say with all honesty that we had fun buying our house, even in the midst of a busy time of the year for us (and even with 2020 being a pretty unusual year, too!), and I think a lot of that comes down to the amazing help we got from Tamra.
